Meet Natalie, Managing Director of Trust by Benchmark. With over 20 years of industry experience, Natalie specialises in creating beautifully tailored interiors that combine timeless design with practical living. Passionate about exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, she works closely with each client to transform ideas into bespoke kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom spaces that reflect both lifestyle and individuality.

Working alongside sister companies Benchmark Construction and Benchmark Architecture, Natalie and the team are able to offer a seamless, fully integrated approach — guiding projects from initial concept through to completion with creativity, precision, and a strong focus on personal service.
Isobel Guest, Supply Chain Assistant
Meet Izzy, our Supply Chain Assistant at Trust by Benchmark. Since joining the team in August 2025, Izzy has played an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of projects alongside Natalie and Tia. From communicating with customers and suppliers to ensuring sites are fully stocked and organised, she helps keep every project moving efficiently behind the scenes.

Alongside supply chain coordination, Izzy also creates bespoke kitchen designs tailored to each individual project, combining practicality, functionality, and style to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Amber-Rose Selby, Brand and Marketing Executive
Amber joined Benchmark Group in March 2024 and has since worked across a variety of areas within the business, gaining experience in operations, administration, and day-to-day company support. Now working within marketing as Brand & Marketing Executive, Amber focuses on social media, digital content, branding, website management, and creative campaigns across the group’s expanding businesses, helping showcase the quality, growth, and vision behind Trust by Benchmark and the wider Benchmark Group.
Tia Metcalfe, Interior Design Apprentice
Meet Tia, our Interior Design Apprentice at Trust by Benchmark. Since joining the team in June 2026, Tia has brought a passion for creativity and interior design, supporting the team while developing her skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience across a variety of projects.

Using ArtiCAD, Tia creates kitchen designs that combine practicality, style, and functionality. She enjoys experimenting with colour palettes, materials, and finishes, while keeping up to date with the latest interior trends to help create spaces that feel both timeless and tailored to each client. Passionate about transforming houses into homes, Tia is excited to continue learning from the experienced team around her and contribute to future Trust by Benchmark projects.
