Our guarantees apply only when:

Products are installed correctly by qualified professionals (proof required).
Products are used and maintained as intended and in line with our guidelines.

The Guarantee Does Not Cover:

Misuse, negligence, accidents or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Changes in colour or finish due to natural ageing, oxidation, or sunlight exposure.
Use of non-original replacement parts or failure to apply proper seals (e.g between basin and furniture) will invalidate the guarantee.

Making a Claim

Products must remain in place for inspection and should not be removed or altered without our consent.
We may request photographic evidence to assess any claims.
